A destination name alone is not enough. Share a map pin or GPS coordinates, the road number if known, the direction you came from and any rivers or difficult sections between you and the nearest accessible road. Send photos of the vehicle and the approach only from a safe position.
The assessment takes account of travel to the location, access and ground conditions, recovery work, the equipment required and any onward vehicle transport. Ask which parts of the job the quote covers. If the situation on arrival differs from the information supplied, additional work needs to be agreed.
