Before arranging a callout

Send your exact location, vehicle model and registration, a description of the situation and a photo if safe to take. Let us know whether the vehicle can roll and whether access is restricted.

Pricing depends on the job, travel, time and equipment. We confirm the cost and availability before you approve a callout. Arrival times vary by location.

Collection and delivery by arrangement

Send the pickup point and destination, even if both locations are outside the Reykjavík capital area and Keflavík. We also offer these transports and assess each request individually. Acceptance depends on the vehicle, available equipment, access and scheduling; this is not a promise of an immediate local callout.

Tell us how the vehicle can be loaded

State the make and model, approximate weight if known, whether it rolls and steers, and whether it has collision damage, locked wheels or a roof load. Include photos and any limits on access to the pickup point. This helps establish whether suitable transport can be arranged.

For rental fleets and workshops

A driver may need roadside assistance while the vehicle needs transport later. Tell us who authorises the work, who will release the vehicle, who will receive it and whether the collection time is flexible. Passenger transport must be discussed separately.

Agree the total scope before collection

Request a quote covering the agreed pickup, loading and delivery. If recovery or winching is needed before loading, include it in the request. Confirm access, keys and the receiving workshop’s arrangements before collection is agreed.
