Put the wrong fuel in your car? Do not start the engine. If it is already running, stop when safe. Tell us which fuel was added, roughly how much, and whether the engine has run. We will assess the next steps with you.
Before arranging a callout
Send your exact location, vehicle model and registration, a description of the situation and a photo if safe to take. Let us know whether the vehicle can roll and whether access is restricted.
Pricing depends on the job, travel, time and equipment. We confirm the cost and availability before you approve a callout. Arrival times vary by location.
